Indulgence plans, prepares and delivers food and hospitality for the events that matter most. For twenty-five years we have worked with private clients planning weddings, corporations hosting high-stakes programmes, and individuals who simply refuse to compromise on what their guests eat and experience.

What types of events do you cater for?

Weddings, corporate events and private events, from an intimate family celebration to a 250-guest corporate dinner. Recent work includes weddings at Aynhoe Park, Thorpe Manor and Caswell House, and corporate events for brands including Range Rover, Jaguar Classic and ED&F.

Do you only cater at specific venues, or can you come to us?

Accepted Answer

We are not tied to a set list of venues. Indulgence can create and deliver events across a wide range of locations, from private homes and country estates to marquees, wedding venues and unique one-off settings. We work nationwide across England and Wales and will consider each event individually, taking into account the location, guest numbers and operational requirements.

How much does Indulgence catering cost?

Our events are individually tailored, with pricing dependent on the style of event, menu, guest numbers and level of service required. As a guide, our catering typically starts from £50 per person for a canape reception, with a bespoke proposal created around your individual event and requirements.

How far in advance should we book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, particularly for weddings, larger celebrations and popular dates. As a minimum, we recommend booking at least one month in advance. However, our availability varies throughout the year and sought-after dates can book considerably further ahead. Where availability allows, we are always happy to discuss events with a shorter lead time.

Do you cater for dietary requirements and allergens?

Yes. Dietary requirements and allergen management are an important part of our planning process and are discussed with you in advance of your event. Our chefs can accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements and will work with you to ensure these are considered when developing your menu. We operate strict allergen procedures and control measures across our kitchens, supported by team training and clearly defined processes.

Do you handle corporate events as well as weddings?

Yes. We have delivered corporate hospitality for brands including Range Rover, Jaguar Classic and ED&F, from product launches to multi-day international stakeholder events.

What makes Indulgence different from a standard event caterer?

Accepted Answer

It is rarely just about what is on the plate. We have worked with Jo Malone to pair fragrance to menu, course by course, because the best events are multi-sensory. The food is always the point. Hospitality is always the frame.

What is included in an Indulgence wedding?

Accepted Answer

You provide the space; we can take care of everything else. Depending on your requirements, this can include bespoke menus and catering, canapes and drinks receptions, full staffing, bar service, equipment and tableware hire, styling and production, floristry, wedding cake, evening food and grazing, music and entertainment. Every wedding is different, so we build the experience around you, your venue and your vision.

Can we do a tasting before booking?

A tasting is included as standard once your wedding booking is confirmed. It is an important part of our planning process and gives you the opportunity to experience the food, refine your menu and discuss the finer details with our team ahead of the day.

Do you provide full event production, or catering only for corporate events?

Accepted Answer

Both. Indulgence can provide exceptional catering as a standalone service or manage the complete production of your corporate event, including bespoke menus, drinks receptions and bar service, staffing, equipment hire, styling, floristry, production and entertainment.

Yes. Indulgence is part of the Kitchen & Co Collective, alongside Kitchen & Co's embedded venue kitchens and Hospitality Heroes' hospitality consultancy.
